Hiroky is a marketing and PR expert with over 20 years of experience across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, working with global brands and startups.

He has driven brand growth in 19 countries and produced 90 fashion shows and events, primarily in Milan and London.

His close collaboration with brand owners, CEOs, design directors, and creative directors in Milan, London, Paris, New York, and Tokyo has shaped his perspective—brands are valuable assets that must be nurtured and protected for long-term success, focused on enduring legacy and growth, rather than short-term, quarterly gains.

With this vision, he founded Krayon, Inc. to help brands stay true to their heritage and philosophy while adapting to evolving consumer needs.

Hiroky completed Kyoto University’s Executive Leadership Program.
